About Sober Coach Dirk

Do you or someone you love struggle with addiction, recovery, or sobriety? A recovery coach is trained and certified to guide you or your loved one through the challenges of getting and staying sober while developing healthy, productive habits, and coping skills.

I am available to assist you on your path to rebuilding and repairing your life in recovery. In addition to my training and certification by The Addictions Academy, I am also a best-selling author of 5 books about addiction and the founder of the Sober Journey Facebook community. Equally important, I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict with 13 years of successful sobriety. With my training, certification, and personal experience, I am eager and willing to help you navigate your sober journey.

A recovery coach’s role is to assist you in recovery and support your goals. A coach will help you create a plan designed to help you stay sober reduce, harmful behavior, develop confidence, and encourage healthy growth.
