About Amy D'Ambrosio
I used to be a 100 lbs. overweight and diabetic from years of binging. After gaining control over my overeating habits and behaviors, I lost weight and cured my diabetes. I wanted to help other do the same. So I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach specializing in food addiction. Now as a Certified Food Addiction Coach, I help others create the confidence and habits to fall in love with who they are.
I bring a lifetime of personal experience with binge eating disorder. My coaching utilizes spiritual as well as holistic health coaching tools to heal the root causes of the client's compulsive overeating issues. Client improves physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and habitually by gradually using behavioral lifestyle changes and mindset modification.
Clients can work with me privately or in groups.
All sessions are virtual on Zoom or by phone.
