I've led my team "The Northwest Legends" too 2 Worlds Masters World Championships in the past in my role as a Coach/player.
I've won several all natural Powerlifting competitions in my earlier years.
I am the oldest ACTIVE Amateur MMA Fighter in the State of Washington.
In 1996, I received awards as most Inspirational and most likely to succeed in my graduating Class at lake Washington Vocational College in the Fitness training Specialist program.
